The new Membership Application Process is being launched this year that will allow a more seamless user experience to joining the credit union. Visitors will now be able to quickly and easily apply to the credit union through the internet and soon the user will be able to open an account and become a member all in one process.

Set the expectation that you are the central resource for your members to find important resources on the Internet. Use these links to provide easy access to vendor with which your credit union has a relationship or promote websites your members might want to pursue, but that they might not find on their own. Members will not leave online banking but will instead be directed to websites that will open in new windows. Consider the options – at minimum you can provide a more visible footprint for your “Related Links” websites. With greater planning, the entire Internet is full of opportunities!

Custom It's Me 247 Mobile Web Theme

It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking is ready to go NOW…all you need to do is turn it on! You can customize your colors and logo for your mobile experience quickly and easily. Your members will automatically be redirected from the standard It’s Me 247 website when they navigate to online banking from their mobile device. Mobile Web Banking has a similar feature set as It’s Me 247, but with views optimized for web browsers on mobile devices, and slightly more advanced styling for the iPhone and Android based devices.

For years, members who use the It’s Me 247 online banking channel have enjoyed features that allowed them to personalize the site to their preferences. The very name, It’s Me 247, was targeted at making every individual member feel like they were the central focus.

But options for customizing the online channel were relatively limited when it came to identifying the credit union. The assumption was that the member came from the credit union’s site, and would remember that. There’s no doubt that this allowed for quicker development of the CUSO’s self-service channel, at amazing price points.

With the look-and-feel upgrades to It’s Me 247 in January of 2013, we launched a new platform to improve navigation and also allow for credit union-level customization. We launched our 2014 options for branding and customizing online banking and future mobile solutions to fit your credit union’s unique style and brand. From making your logo the marquee on every page, to creating a unique color scheme and uploading custom photo albums, your credit union can now take advantage of the next evolution for our self-service channel solutions.
In 2016, we're expanding the customization options through the IRSC online store. In addition to the SSCCBO and OBC Customization options, there are now Custom It's Me 247 Navigation Features, new Membership Opening Applications and Free Hybrid Mobile Apps in the various App Stores.

Hybrid Mobile App

Credit unions can work with IRSC on their FREE It’s Me 247 Mobile App, which can be made available from the Apple and Google app stores, once all requirements are met. Credit unions can add graphical ads, links to sites and services, assist questions and answers, branch locations, and access to It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking via the Mobile App.

It's Me 247 Navigation Features

Set the expectation that you are the central resource for your members to find important resources on the Internet with launch points in online banking. Add up to 24 links in 8 different locations in It’s Me 247 to promote either your own website or to give quick access to vendor sites. Also, Improve your member’s online experience by configuring a custom logout landing page. Instead of landing on the Online Banking Community (OBC) page after logging out, with this feature you can direct members elsewhere, such as a product promotion page.

OBC Customizations

It’s Me 247 Online Banking Community customization gives you the ability to set your credit union’s home page, contact page, newsletter page, and rates page URLs so your members can easily access them from the OBC. Add links to your social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, Skype) and get members involved. You can even change the background color to match your credit union theme!
